I have sent two emails asking to unsubscribe because apparently the devs are cluessless to make an “unsubscribe” button. If my account isn’t unsubcribed and refunded for any payments taken during the next days then I will request a chargeback from my bank and report this website for fraud. The lack of an unsubscribe button is illegal in certain countries and states within the US but I’m sure the devs don’t care because they have your credit card info already. I will be doing my best to dissuade anyone from giving money to this fraudalent service and I hope no one falls for this trap like I did.
Have you tried sending them an email? I think I’ve read somewhere about it. Give it a try
I’ve sent them two emails. One on the 25th of July and one on the 5th of August with no reply. I even checked my spam folder every day but I’ve heard nothing. I’d hate to escalate this with my bank but they leave me no choice. It’s a shame really because I just wanted to take a break then come back at a later date.

Did it resolve? Could it be that this site is not even supported anymore by the developer? My problem is that i dont even find a legal notice on this website, like an adress or something…
That would be a bummer! I feel like I’ve been using this site long enough that starting out with something else would be annoying, although the bugs can be very frustrating. I was hoping that at some point they will be fixed.
